Training Course Registration :

India International Institute of Democracy and Election Management (IIIDEM) is currently based in New Delhi, India on the 7th floor of the Office of Election Commission of India.

All international participants who are interested for applying at IIIDEM for training on elections need to follow the simple tasks mentioned below to register themselves for the programme.

Step 1: Please go to the website of IIIDEM (i.e. iiidem.nic.in/).
Step 2: Once you reach the website, please look for ‘Registration’ tab on the left panel towards the bottom as shown here with the arrow. Click on ‘Registration’ tab.

Step 3: After clicking on the ‘Registration’ tab, the following screen will appear. This is the registration form that will ask for your details including name, address, nationality, passport number among others.

Please fill up the form accurately and don’t forget to mention the name of the sponsoring Election Management Body (EMB), your employment records, the reason for your application and the captcha code (a security feature, which is displayed in the box in blue).

Please upload your current picture which is not more than 50 KB in size. For pictures, only .jpeg, .jpg and .png files are accepted.

Step 4: After you fill up the entire form please click on the submit button as shown below. You will get a message saying ‘Your application was sent successfully’.

Step 5: After clicking the submit button, please print the form by clicking the button shown in red and ensure you get recommendation from the Head of your EMB in the form of a signature and official stamp at the spot shown below in green.

Step 6: After getting the form signed and stamped, please scan the application form.
Step 7: Go back to the main page and please click on Login button on the top right corner.
Step 8: Enter the mobile number you had entered while registering as the ‘user id’ and the ‘password’ and enter.
Step 9: Click on the Upload Document Tab on the top left corner and choose the file to be uploaded and submit.
