The Election Commission of India, as per the law is empowered for preparation and revision of Electoral Rolls. To maintain the integrity of the electoral roll, the Commission orders revision of electoral roll before every election or as per requirement.

Follow the below steps to fill Special Intensive Revision (SIR) 2026 Enumeration Form online.
Step-1: Go to the link given above
Step-2 : Click on “Fill Enumeration Form’ button under Special Intensive Revision (SIR) – 2026 services
Step-4 : Enter the Mobile Number and Captcha code
Step-5 : Click on “Continue” button and follow the instructions to fill SIR 2026 form online.
Duration of SIR Enumeration Form
The SIR activity starts from 4th November 2025 and will end-up with publication of Final electoral roll on 07.02.2026.

How do I update my address if I have moved to a new location?
Address changes can be done after the publication of draft electoral roll on 09.12.2025. The elector can apply in Form 8 to the Electoral Registration Officer for updating the address. These forms will be processed during the Claims and Objections period, from 09.12.2025 (Tuesday) to 08.01.2026 (Thursday). These changes will be reflected in the final roll
If an elector is not available in his house, during the visit of the BLO, how can he submit the Enumeration Form?
If an elector is not available in person to fill the details in the Enumeration Form, on behalf of the elector any adult member of the family can fill up and sign the Enumeration Form and can submit it.
Can I make corrections in the Enumeration Form or do I need to get a fresh Enumeration Form from the Booth Level Officer?
There is no provision to obtain a fresh form, corrections if any shall be made in the Enumeration Form ensuring that corrected information is written clearly and accurately before submitting the form to the Booth Level Officer.
Is it mandatory to provide Aadhaar number for submission of Enumeration Form?
No, providing Aadhaar number in the Enumeration Form is optional and only if elector desires to provide it, they can fill the Aadhaar number in the Form.
What should I do if the photograph printed in my Enumeration Form is incorrect or outdated?
A copy of the recent photograph shall be affixed in the Enumeration Form in the space provided for it.
How long does it take for Booth Level Officers to collect the filled forms after distribution?
The Booth Level Officers will make at least 3 visits and will collect the filled in forms before 04.12.2025.

As The SIR , the great work is going through the whole state , & BLO 's are the key Functionaries of this honarable exercise, also they have to perform their duties door to door , but sadly the above stated all four BLO's are not doing their duties as per norms , they are somewhere sitting in not REACHABLE locations also ordering peoples to join them.
Sir How this great National work wou5 finish in prescribed time? by using this kind of practice, So it's My humble Request from Sir to order the all to perform their duties door to door as per Law.
Sir also I have Allegations Against Two Responsible election offices of MTNL & Bandra East because they sadly ignored to accept my complaint against this burning National Issue.

my mothers age is 86 years and her name is missing in 2002 list. now no epic or voting history is available for her father or mother. husband and children name is available in 2002 list. will it serve the purpose or not?

The name on your EPIC card does not match the name on your adhar card if there is a mismatch.please contact BLO.
