The Election Commission of India, as per the law is empowered for preparation and revision of Electoral Rolls. To maintain the integrity of the electoral roll, the Commission orders revision of electoral roll before every election or as per requirement.

How To Fill SIR 2026 Enumeration Form Online in Kerala?
Special Intensive Revision (SIR) Enumeration Form Online Application Filling 2026.
Steps:
** Login to Voter’s Service Portal https://voters.eci.gov.in/
** Click Fill Enumeration Form
** Select the State Kerala
** Enter the EPIC Number (2025) in the given field and click search button
** The prefilled information of the elector will be displayed
** CHOOSE CATEGORY
** My Name exists in Electoral Roll of Last SIR
** My Parents name( Father, Mother, Grandfather, Grandmother) exists in the electoral roll of last SIR
** Neither my name nor my parents name exists in the electoral roll.
** Give Relative details if name not present in Last SIR Preview Enumeration form
** Aadhaar verification
** Preview of Enumeration Form and
** Click the declaration and Submit the form.
Note:
** An elector can fill the online form only for himself/herself as the form is esigned
** The name on the EPIC (2025) and esign tool that uses Aadhaar should be exactly the same
** Mobile number of the elector should be linked with the EPIC to proceed further or else elector will need to fill the form 8 and link his/her mobile. Please note that Form can be submitted using Esign only.
** Electors that do not align with the above will need to submit the form though the BLO

What should I do if I did not receive my Enumeration Form (EF)?
The Enumeration Form will be made available either through Booth Level Officer or it can be accessed from the official website https://voters.eci.gov.in. In case of your absence, the form will be handed over to any adult member of your family. An elector can also contact the Booth Level Officer either over phone using the contact number of Booth Level Officer available in https://www.erolls.tn.gov.in/blo/ in case he/she has not received the Enumeration Form or through the Book a all with BLO option which is available in the website https://voters.eci.gov.in
What should I do if I am unable to fill the Enumeration form?
During the distribution of Enumeration Form, the Booth Level Officer will guide the elector to fill in the form. In case, if the electors are unable to fill the Enumeration Form even after that, the BLO will assistthe electors in filling the form while making subsequent visits to the elector’s house.
How do I check whether my name already exists in the Electoral Roll of SIR, 2002/2005?
The details can be retrieved by the voters from the official website of the Chief Electoral Officer, Tamil Nadu at https://www.elections.tn.gov.in by using the “search by name” or “search by EPIC Number” options available in the search facility of the portal. Partwise electoral roll data in PDF is also hosted in the site and electors knowing their polling station can search their names in the PDF also. The printed hard copy of Electoral Roll of SIR, 2002/2005 is available with the Booth Level Officer and they will assist to find out your name
