How to Apply?

1. Go to the CEO Andhra Pradesh website and Click E-Registration->Assembly Constituency.
2. Then Select Form 6 (New Enrolment)-> Link 1

Please enter the following details to complete your registration,
Step 1 : Select District *
Step 2 : Select Assembly Constituency *
Step 3 : Upload Supporting Document
i. Your Photograph*
ii. Age Proof
iii. Address Proof

Step 4 : Mandatory Particulars
Note : If any problem occur in Telugu translation,please enter English in telugu field and given space to translate in telugu.
Step 4.1 : Enter Name*
Step 4.2 : Enter Surname (if any)
Step 4.3 : Enter Name of Relative of Applicant*
Step 4.4 : Enter Surname of Relative of Applicant
Step 4.5 : Select Gender of Applicant*
Step 4.6 : Select Type of Relation*
Step 4.7 : Select Date of Birth(if known)
(Or) (g) Age [as on 01/01/2018]

Step 5 : Current Address where Applicant is Ordinarily Resident
Step 5.1 : Enter House / Door Number*
Step 5.2 : Enter Street / Area / Locality *
Step 5.3 : Enter Town / Village*
Step 5.4 : Select Tehsil / Mandal*
Step 5.5 : Enter Post Office
Step 5.6 : Enter Pin Code*
Step 5.7 : Enter District
Step 5.8 : Enter State/UT and Click same as Current Address.

Step 6 : Enter Optional Particulars

Step 7 : Enter Village/ Town
Step 8 : Enter State*
Step 9 : Enter District*

Step 12 : Enter Captcha
Step 13 : Click on Submit button

Note :
1. Upload your Photo using browse option. Here you select only .jpg images and image size must be less than 100 KB and width and height must be 240 X 320. Use to Browse and Upload the Photos

2. Once completion of all the details click on the “Translate” option so that the form can be transform from English to Telugu.
3. Check the details after it translates to Telugu. If there is any correction required, you can make corrections same as Google Telugu translator.

4. After completion the all the details as above, click on save button so as the save the application.
5. After save, a unique application ID will be generated and prompt on screen.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q.1 I have shifted my residence recently. How do I ensure that I am enrolled in my new place of residence and my name is deleted from the old place?
Ans. In case the new residence is in the same constituency please fill Form-8A otherwise please fill form-6 and submit to the ERO (SDM) or the AERO (MRO) of the area of your new residence.

Q.2 I have shifted my residence recently. I have Photo ID Card with the old address. Can I get new ID Card for the present address?
Ans .First of all please ensure that you have enrolled yourself in the Electoral Roll of the concerned AC, where you are now residing following the procedure given in ans no.1. Subsequently, changes will be made in the existing Identity Card by pasting the new address on the back side of the card.

Q.3 My old I Card is defective. I would like to have a new I Card with correct particulars. What is the procedure?
Ans. You can get your ID Card rectified by depositing it in the Office of the ERO concerned or at Photography Centre when the work of preparation of Photo ID card begins.

Q.4 I do not have a ration card. Can I get enrolled without a ration card? What are the other documents, which I can show as proof of my residence?
Ans. Ration Card is not essential for enrolment. You can show any other proof of residence like Passport, Bank Pass Book, Driving license etc. or any Govt. document to facilitate the work of registration.

Q.5 I am a tenant and my landlord does not want me to get enrolled. How can I get enrolled as a voter?
Ans . To get enrolled in the voter list is your statutory right. Please check the Electoral roll of your area ERO (SDM)/AERO (MRO) office. If your name is not included please fill up Form 6 and deposit it with the ERO.
