  • In spite of submitting necessary forms to delete duplicate names of myself and my wife, I found our names appearing 'Duplicate". Hence we are not able to link our Aadhar Card No in the list.
    How to delete duplicate names from the Voters List?

    • Please do not post your acknowledgement receipt details on net,It also seems that you have not written complete date. That is good. If you have all these details,,you can get confirmation from aadhaar shops or facility provided at Taluka office. But you both have to attend the facility for checking of fingerprints & Iris scan. It also seems that you have not registered mobile number with Aadhaar. Get it registered too. Then you will be able to know whether card has been rejected or not. If Aadhaar has accepted your details office will be able to issue electronic copy (Black & white). For colored card you must have mobile number,Email id & acknowledgement details. Please keep in mind mobile number must be of smart phone (able to receive card )or you must have email id.

  • Form No.8 for corrections in name, surname etc is in PDF format. How to fill it online and submit online.

  • Incorrect date of birth in Election id & aadhar card. Is it possible to correct? My date of birth - 06/03/1978 is correct.

    • Today I had given Forms 4 persons in my family with xerox copy of Election ID card and Aadhar card for National Electorl Rolls Purification and Authentication Programe. I suggested that at least on New combined card date of birth should be appeared fully i. e . dd/mm/yy which is not appearing previously on both the cards. Only age is appearing on both the cards.
