How do I check whether my name already exists in the Electoral Roll of SIR, 2002/2005?
The details can be retrieved by the voters from the official website of the Chief Electoral Officer, Tamil Nadu at https://www.elections.tn.gov.in by using the “search by name” or “search by EPIC Number” options available in the search facility of the portal. Partwise electoral roll data in PDF is also hosted in the site and electors knowing their polling station can search their names in the PDF also. The printed hard copy of Electoral Roll of SIR, 2002/2005 is available with the Booth Level Officer and they will assist to find out your name.

What should be done if name of an Elector is not found in the Electoral Roll of SIR 2002/2005, even though he voted in 2024 parliament elections?
If the name of an Elector is not found in the Electoral Roll of SIR 2002/2005, it means that he may have not enrolled during that time, in that case he can try to retrieve the elector details of his/her parents/grand parents and their details shall be filled in the Enumeration Form in the respective column. The elector can take the help of Booth Level Officer and they will assist in identifying the appropriate details.

There is no provision to obtain a fresh form, corrections if any shall be made in the Enumeration Form ensuring that corrected information is written clearly and accurately before submitting the form to the Booth Level Officer.
