Step-1 : Go to the link https://www.ceo.kerala.gov.in/voter-search
Step-2 : Select your District and LAC
Step-3 : Enter your Booth Name, Your Name, House Name or Serial Number and
Step-4 : Click on “Search” button to find your details.

How To Search Your Name in the SIR 2002 Electoral Roll?

To search your Name in the SIR 2002 Electoral Roll, Follow the below steps

Steps:
Step-1 : Go to the link https://www.ceo.kerala.gov.in/electoral-roll-sir-2002
Step-2 : Select your District and LAC
Step-3 : The page will then display all the booth names along with their voter lists and a download option for each voter list.

SIR System / Grievance Redressal

** One Booth Level Officer (BLO) for each polling station.
** ERO (Electoral Registration Officer)handles constituency-level preparation of the voter list and considers claims/objections.
** The District Electoral Officer(DEO) hears the 1st Appeal against the decision of ERO
** The CEO of the State hears the 2nd Appeal against the decision of DEO.
** Submit the form online.

Note:
Whereas, one of the fundamental pre-conditions set out in Article 326 of the Constitution is that a person must be an Indian citizen for his or her name to be registered in the electoral roll, and the Commission has a constitutional obligation to ensure that only citizens are included therein. Further, under Section 21 of the Representation of the People Act, 1950, along with other applicable provisions, the Commission is empowered to direct a special intensive revision of the electoral rolls, including their preparation afresh.

As per article 326 of the Constitution of India:
** Citizen of India
** At least 18 years of age
** Ordinarily Resident of the constituency
** Not disqualified under any law

List of Indicative (not Exhaustive) Documents:
** Any Identity Card/Certificate/Document issued in India by Government/lo-cal authorities/Banks/Post Office/LIC/PSUs prior to 01.07.1987
** Any Identity card/Pension Payment Order issued to regular employ-ee/pensioner of any Central Govt./State Govt./PSU
** Matriculation/Educational certificate issued by recognised Boards/uni-versities
** For Aadhaar, Commissionʼs directions issued vide letter No.23/2025-ERS/Vol.II dated 09.09.2025 shall apply
** Family Register, prepared by State/Local authorities
** OBC/SC/ST or any caste certificate issued by the Competent authority
** Forest Right Certificate
** Any land/house allotment certificate by Government
** Birth Certificate issued by the competent authority
** National Register of Citizens (wherever it exists)
