About Peoples Party of India Party

The Peoples Party of India (Democratic) was founded and registered with the Election Commission of India in 2018 by social and political activists led by Hemraj Singh Patel, who serves as the party’s National President.

Manifesto of Peoples Party of India Party:
The Democracy does not mean merely right to vote to the electors, but is a system of governance by representation. Therefore, every section of the society has to be represented in all the three wings of governance viz. Legislature, Executive and Judiciary.

The Party, therefore, shall fight for and ensure:
1. Social Backwardness as criteria for reservation and shall oppose any dilution in any manner.
2. Representation by reservation in Promotion to the OBCs.
3. Representation by reservation to SCs/STs and OBCs in the Private sector.
4. Constitution of All India Judicial Service as per Article 312(1) of the Constitution.
5. Adequate representation of SC, ST & OBC’s in the Judiciary.
6. Adequate representation of SC, ST & OBC’s in the Defense Services.
7. Filling Higher Posts as well as Political Posts such as Vice Chancellors/ HOD/Directors/Governors/Ambassadors/Tribunals with adequate representation of the SCs, STs, OBCs by applying principles of reservation.
8. Representation by reservations to SCs/STs and OBCs in sports.
9. Promotion of nationalization to achieve the objectives of the Constitution.
10. Deletion of reference to 50% ceiling from Art. 16(4-B) of the Constitution.

Women:
The Peoples party of India (Democratic) shall:
1. Pressurize the government in power to implement the policies.
2. Ensure 50% share in all public institutions as per constitutional mandate.
3. All crimes against women shall be investigated by the women officer as well as adjudicated by the women judges.
4. Provide nutritional food to pregnant and lactating mother

Social Unequality & Atrocities:
The Party shall fight and ensure
1. Strict implementation of The Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.
2. Extend the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 to the OBCs.
3. Atrocities against SC/ST and OBC’s shall be investigated by the officers from these communities.
4. Fast track exclusive Courts shall be established in all district headquarters to try cases of atrocities against SCs/STs/OBCs/ Minorities.
