Citizens Portal is to facilitate citizens to submit Form-6(Inclusion), Form-7(Deletion), Form-8(Modification) and Form-8A (Transposition) online

NVSP Online Correction of Entries in Electoral Rolls Form 8
1. Register yourself in the citizens portal to get your username and password for your online submission by clicking on “New user? REGISTER”
2. To create your account click on Register.
3. Provide your valid e-mail Id and Mobile No. to complete registration.
4. After successful registration your user name and password will be sent to your e-mail and mobile phone.
5. You may now log in with your Userid and password to submit your applications.
How to Register?
** Open a browser and Type voterreg.kar.nic.in
** Register if you are new user-Click on the Register link
** Enter the required details and submit
Step 1 : Enter First Name
Step 2 : Enter Last Name
Step 3 : Enter Email ID
Step 4 : Enter Mobile
Step 5 : Select Sex
Step 6 : Select the Secret Question
Step 7 : Answer the Secret Question
Step 8 : Click Sign Up button
** Go back to home page and enter username and password and submit, which is forwarded to change password screen
** User Login and click on the Form 8 button
Online Form-8
Registration of Form 8 Application on the Portal.
** Citizen has to Select the District, Pin code and the Assembly Constituency.
** Please enter your electoral details.
** Select the part number, and serial number. Fill the electoral details
** Click on the get details to check whether the details of the voter is correct
** Check the Name, Age, Address, Father/Mother’s name, Sex, EPIC Number for Modification if it is any.
** Fill the name/age/address/Father’s or Mother’s name, EPIC number to be modified and upload photo if any Upload Photo and Documentary proof which is compulsory
** Then click on I agree and Certify that the above information is true and correct,and I wish to submit button.
** Once Application is submitted it’ll redirect to Form 8 Acknowledgement Page, where you can find out the submitted applications.
Important :
Your submitted application will displayed, You can take Print out of the same and sign and send the ERO/AERO Copy with the supporting documents to the Postal Address given in the ERO/AERO Copy.
The Status of your application will know through the link Application Status by entering the application no which is printed in the acknowledgement copy.

You can download the form form the official website and fill the following details
1. Enter the name of the Constituency should be Mentioned in the blank space.
2. Enter Name & Surname(if any)
3. Please fill up the Part Number and Serial Number in that part of Electoral Roll where your name is listed. This is mandatory.
4. EPIC No. (if issued)
5. Please tick the entry which is to be corrected

** Date of Birth

** Name of Relative
** Type of Relation

6. Enter the correct particulars in entry to be corrected are as below
