Membership Fee

All members, Associate and Active, shall pay a Party membership fee for hour & five rupees per year respectively.

Membership Cards

1. On admission to membership, every Active and Associate member shall be issued a membership card.
2. Party membership cards shall be uniform throughout the country and shall be issued by the Central Committee

Register Of Members

1. All Party Committees, from primary to central level shall maintain registers of members, both Associate and Active within their respective jurisdiction.

2. In the event of any member seeking transfer from one place to other place to other place, the concerned committee shall take decision subject to the consent of the committee to which transfer has been sought for with the approval of higher committees according to the jurisdiction of both the committees.

3. Any member may avail leave on application stating the grounds.

History of AIFB :
** Subhash Chandra resigned from Congress President Ship on 29 April 1939. On 3 May 1939, he declared the formation of Forward Bloc.
** On 22 June 1939 was held the All India Session in Mumbai where the Constitution and programme of Forward Bloc was adopted.

First All India Conference of Forward bloc was held in Nagpur, from 18 to 22 June 1940. In his Presidential Address, Subhash Chandra gave a concrete plan of action for winning Puma Swaraj or complete freedom in the immediate future.

The conference resolved that, in order to win independence for India, and in order to preserve it, as soon as possible the following steps be taken
