You should keep the following details ready with yourself before proceeding to registration.
** Your existing voter ID Card number
** Your Aadhaar Card number
** Your recent passport size colour photo for uploading ,if you require change of photo in the ID Card. The photograph should have white or light coloured background .If you cannot upload the photo at the time of registration, you can handover the same to Booth Level Officer at the time of house visit for verification.
** Mobile number .( OTP will be sent to the mobile number during the process of registration.)
** If you require any other corrections in the existing voter ID Card like Name, date of Birth, Address, etc you should keep ready the relevant details.

Ans :
A replacement EPIC can be issued to an elector on payment of a fee of Rs. 25, alongwith a copy of the complaint lodged with the Police amount the loss of EPIC. However, no fee will be charged if the EPIC has been lost for reason beyond the control of the elector like flood, fire, other natural disaster etc.
I have already apply new ID Card and received message saying that my new id card is approved and that the BLO will visit your home soon. But I have not received the card so far.

CEO of Kerala published in Maathrubhumi in regarding to the Aadhaar seeding with Voter ID. The first instruction through on line and my attempt was not accepted by your system,this I informed to CEO by e-mail no reaction taken by CEO.
Second publication seen in Mathrubhmi the CEO concerned Thaluk authority will distribute forms in Door to Door and after filling and correcting the true information they will come and collect with Color photos. Till days no one turn up I think this is also failed on the part of authority.
Today also I have seen the same news in same paper in another way that the forms which was given by booth level authority should be filled in complete manner with color photos to be given back to concerned Booth authority. The people of Kerala however 100% is educated but in all homes are not purchasing the news paper as they are not well earning to buy paper as you told the forms published in news paper to be filled to hand over to post man. Is it not senseless order published first of all post man is not coming to, where to have search him? Is postman willing to accept it? Even they are not will to do their initial duty. In recent time there was news as postmans are burning the letters and other important records which to be distributed to public. In view of all these this is the authority putting the responsibility one to another no one want to take pain.

As per your advertisement in Malayalam news papers I filled the form and went to the post office to submit it but they have informed that they have not received any instruction regarding the matter. Is submitting the details sufficient for Aadhaar seeding?

When is the On-line Aadhaar Seeding going to be reinstated? This definitely is a much more citizen-friendly and eco-friendly(green) procedure than the manual process involving people/papers/scripts where mistakes and mess-ups are quite common occurrences.
This is the beginning of the end of our dream of a paperless office. Everyone Propagate green revolution. But no place to plant a tree. Mafias are in control of the offices and public. They want their stake from each and every project. So they are reluctant to utilize the technology. Poor BLO’s and postmans are there to take the blame.

Many blo are creating confusion. For those who have uploaded photo ,they don’t have to give photo again. Copy of adhar need to be given to blo and a proof to confirming your date of birth. Never give original identity card to blo until we get new

I have successfully submitted E-Application FOR NEW COLOR PVC CARD(self &wife)on march 21st, also received SMS verification code & officer name and tel. #. So far nobody came ,and I was trying to contact them over phone response was this telephone is disconnected.

I am registering on 11 Apr 2015 for PVC voter Identity Card through online registration but no response till date. As per the msg received during the time of registration, BLO will visit and color photo,old ID will be collected from us. But nobody visit till date. Please clarify

You can change the photo by clicking NEW PVC EPIC option. From there you can see an option for making corrections. Go for it

I have already registered for new PVC voter ID.But now I want to make some more corrections. What should I do?

I have the elec.voter id card no.and aadhard no.and name as appeared in the aadhar card. In the meantime due to network problem,could not proceed further in the matter. Should I repeat the whole matter or continue frm the last point? Please enlighten me.
If I do not want to change my photograph, will the pvc id card be issued with the already recorded photo in the existing id card? In other words, if I apply online without uploading new photo, can I get new pvc id complete in all respects?
