Steps:
Step-1 : Go to the link https://web.archive.org/web/20180702072708/http://electionhp.gov.in:80/mobilenoregistration/
Step-2 : Select the District Name
Step-3 : Select the AC Number & Name
Step-4 : Enter the ID Card Number/EPIC Number.
Step-5 : Enter the Old Mobile Number.
Step-6 : Enter the New Mobile Number.
Step-7 : Enter the OTP Number.
Step-8 : Upload the scan copy of front side of your Voter ID Card. Note : Upload only .JPG file
Step-9 : Submit the request.

Note:
** Please click on “Send OTP” button for receiving the OTP.
** Please wait 15 minutes for OTP, If OTP is not received within 15 minutes then click on resend OTP button.
