How to Register?
Step 1 : Go to the official website of CEO Puducherry provided above.
Step 2 : Then scroll the pages down and click on the “Online Voter Registration” button
Step 3 : It will redirect to the National Voter’s Services Portal NVSP
Step 4 : Logon to the NVSP website and Click on the Apply online for registration of new voter link
Step 5 : Fill the required details to complete the registration

1. The “e-Services” is an online facility to facilitate the requests of the electors online.
2. The following requests are accepted online.
Form-6 For fresh inclusion of names and also for transfer of names from other Assembly Constituencies
Form-6A For an NRI of Puducherry – Currently residing overseas
Form-7 For deletion of existing names and also for objection as to wrong inclusion of names in the Voters List.
Form-8 For correction of names and particulars.
Form-8A For transposition, i.e., for change of names within the same Assembly Constituency because of shifting of residence.
3. For correction, transposition, deletion and transfer of names from other Assembly constituencies, EPIC Number is required. You can search the EPIC number online with URL https://web.archive.org/web/20171209164326/http://egov-election.pon.nic.in:80/
4. Uploading of Scanned copy of photographs, documents for proof of Birth certificate, proof of Residence are made optional. Keep the Original Documents ready for verification at the time of Booth Level Officer (BLO) visit.

In the voter list, about seven persons names have been included in my house address. We are not aware of these people. I have to fill up Form 7 for all but your department has informed to give Form 7 after loksabha elections. Please advise me whether to wait (or) give form 7 now itself.
