CEO Sikkim Search Name in Electoral Roll

To search your name in the electoral roll, please follow the mentioned steps.

** Go to the CEO Sikkim website through the URL ceosikkim.nic.in
** Click Search your Name in Electoral Roll button

** You can Search your Name by two ways
i. District wise
ii. AC wise

District wise

Select Search Type then enter the below details,
Step 1 : Select your District [02- West Sikkim]
Step 2 : Select Search by Name or EPIC No
Step 3 : Enter your EPIC No [MZH1234567]
Step 4 : Enter the code as shown above
Step 5 : Click Search button

AC wise

Select your Search Type as ‘AC wise’ and fill the following details,
Step 1 : Select your District [02- West Sikkim]
Step 2 : Select your AC [3-Maneybong- Dentam]
Step 3 : Select Search by Name or EPIC No
Step 4 : Enter your First Name [Krishna]
Step 5 : Enter your Last Name [Kumar]
Step 6 : Enter the code as shown above and Click Search button

Electors Information Through SMS

ELECSIK <VOTERS ID NUMBER> SEND IT TO 0921728083

Check Name in Voters List

A voter can check his/her name in the Voters List by following any of the following methods:
(a) By Online Searching facility provided in the CEO Website.

(b) By dialling ‘1950’ (Toll Free Number) from any Landline Telephone or by dialling 207107 or 207108 (Non-Toll Free Numbers)

(c) By sending SMS (In the Message Box, type ELECSIK, give a space, and then type the Voter ID Number and send it to 9211728083 (SMS Charges are applicable) (To be operationalised from 1st February 2014)

(d) Can call the Booth Level Officer of their area. The Mobile No. of BLOs are available on the CEO’s website (ceosikkim.nic.in).

(e) By approaching the Election Cell available at the BDO/SDM/DC/CEO Office
